What to expect

The experience will be entirely outdoors, except during the transfers by car. We recommend wearing clothing suitable for various temperatures and weather conditions, comfortable shoes, and light bags. You will always be able to leave anything unnecessary in the car. The excursion will be divided into 3 phases: - Transfer from your hotel to the Pompeii Archaeological Park, where you will visit the site independently. - Transfer from the Pompeii Archaeological Park to the Vesuvius National Park "Il Gran Cono", where you will begin your ascent to the Vesuvius crater independently. - Transfer from the Vesuvius National Park to your hotel, port, airport, or railway station. If requested directly to the driver, there will be an opportunity to stop for lunch along the way.

Leaving & return

The departure can take place from any location within the city of Naples, the city of Salerno, the Sorrentine Peninsula, and the Amalfi Coast, including ports and airports. Our company reserves the right to change the meeting point with the client if the indicated location is in an area that is impossible to reach, such as narrow streets, pedestrian zones, or restricted traffic areas.

Our standard vehicles are not equipped for the transportation of people with disabilities, reduced mobility, or other significant health issues. Please provide any important details during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

If the chosen option is prepaid, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the start of the experience. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the start of the experience, you will receive an 80% refund. After this period, no refund will be possible.
